Dr. B. Parameswari

Dr. B. Parameswari is the founder and visionary behind the BrainCarve Programme. She holds Master’s degrees in Physics and Information Studies from Madurai Kamaraj University and earned her Doctorate in Information Studies with specialized research in Abacus education. She previously served as a Lecturer in the Department of Information Studies at the university and is also a certified Stress Management Professional accredited by ISMA, Australia. With qualifications including PGDCA, DBA, and Oracle Certified Professional certification from the USA, she has worked with leading multinational organizations in the field of child development and educational training.
Dr. Parameswari has authored several books and curriculum materials for children and has published research articles in international journals focusing on child psychology, learning disabilities, concentration, and mental development. She has conducted numerous seminars, motivational workshops, and confidence-building programs for students, parents, teachers, and professionals. Through her international research and educational exposure, she played a vital role in developing the BrainCarve whole-brain development system. She is also an active member of Women Entrepreneurs of India and continues to inspire young learners and women entrepreneurs through her educational initiatives.

R. Pradeep Kumar is a dynamic education entrepreneur and marketing professional with extensive experience in business development, franchise management, and strategic marketing. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management and Business Marketing from University of Madras. He began his professional journey in the B2B and online marketing sector, working with reputed organizations such as Getit Yellow Pages and the Times of India Group, where he gained strong expertise in online sales, client relationship management, and business expansion. With over 15 years of industry experience, he has successfully led marketing initiatives, franchise operations, training programs, and organizational development strategies across multiple regions.
Driven by his passion for the education sector and child development, he later joined BrainCarve Educare India Pvt. Ltd. as Joint Associate and Director, playing a key role in expanding the BrainCarve brand nationally and internationally. He has worked closely with educational institutions, franchise partners, and training teams to promote whole-brain development programs for children. A DCA and Tally Certified Professional, Mr. Pradeep Kumar has also contributed to curriculum planning, educational content creation, and the development of children’s learning materials under the guidance of Dr. B. Parameswari. His vision, leadership, and commitment towards innovative learning methodologies continue to strengthen BrainCarve’s mission of shaping confident, creative, and academically empowered young minds.
